At ROCKWOOL, we work relentlessly to enrich modern living through our innovative stone wool solutions.Join us and make a difference!Your future team:We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our ROCKWOOL GBS Service Management team, responsible for supporting our financial organization by maintaining high service standards and ensuring the correct execution of services. The team plays a key role in supporting the entire finance function.The team consists of a Team Manager and two expert positions. This is a permanent role with an indefinite contract.What you will be doing:

  • Acting as central point of communication with internal and external Stakeholders
  • Driving change in organization with process analysis & optimisation, tools implementation, and solution proposal
  • Supporting transition process and scope definition
  • Developing improvements including Robotic Process Automation, Power Query, Power BI, and other technologies
  • Providing RGBS Finance framework for Taxonomy, Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, and communication channels
  • Leading projects that affect multiple departments (i.e. General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables)
  • Sharing Continuous Improvement mindset and methodology within organization
  • Ensuring organization maintain high standards in knowledge business continuity and compliance

What you bring:

  • Strong analytical skills, service minded, proactive and flexible
  • Ability to tailor communication to specific business audience
  • Genuine interest in developing own skills and competence
  • Awareness of cross systems dependencies in context of the global business process handled in ERP system (holistic, cross-functional mindset)
  • General understanding of end-to-end financial process areas, i.e. P2P, H2P, R2R, O2C
  • Ability to gather and maintain a wide array of data, analyse data, prepare reports, and introduce process improvements throughout the reporting process along with excellent and technical skills
  • Ability to develop and present data reporting and create eye-catching visualizations
  • Ability to quickly learn and productively use new software applications
  • Advanced working knowledge on MS Office
  • Creative and Problem-Solving approach to challenges and ability to facilitate and support the incident reporting process within various groups
  • Professional stakeholder management
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication in English
  • Optional: Understanding of Service Management processes and/or Continuous Improvement work experience
