The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. This role requires proficiency in the ServiceNow environment.Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals ensuring a seamless process.
  • Provide exceptional client service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals for the company.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experienced in Sales/Pre-Sales for developing and implementing ServiceNow enabled solutions
  • Experience in working with ServiceNow, ServiceNow Partners and alliances.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Show a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Display strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Have the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Show proficiency in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Have the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Display a deep understanding of market research and business development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and insights.
