About the job
Are you our new service engineer, who can execute service engineering activities worldwide? Would you like to play an important role in expansion and development of a company with huge growth potential?We are looking for an ambitious and technically gifted individual to bring onsite service to the next level at our head office in Nørresundby, Denmark.DESMI is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of a large variation of pumps and automated systems for the maritime and industrial markets worldwide.As our new service engineer you will be part of DESMI DeServe, and manage service issues, maintain high-quality service standards, and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.Key responsibilities
You will provide expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex issues, and offering guidance on problem-solving techniques.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and engineering, to align service delivery with organizational goals and priorities.The position is in Nørresundby in Denmark, however you will travel worldwide. You will work closely with your colleagues in the Superintendent team, and with the DESMI DeServe team. You will also have sufficient training when starting.You can expect 140 – 180 travel days yearly.Your profile
To have success in the role, we expect that you:Educational background as Electrical or Automation engineer, or maritime engineer.Can work with a high level of independence.Is service minded and used to work in a hectic and changing environment.Are fluent in English. Both in spoken and writing.Have high cross-cultural understanding.You can expect a challenging job in a dynamic organization in an international environment with great opportunities for development both personally and professional.Are you interested?
