The position
As a Service Development Project Manager in our Corporate Facilities Department you will, together with our Facility Services team, contribute to achieving results and making a difference. Given our fast growth journey, there are high demands for agility.
As a Service Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
-Overseeing a range of project management tasks related to our continued scaling of the organisation
-Running the transformation and scaling of a specific service set-up with internal and external stakeholders
-Developing our data management solution to facilitate forecasting, consulting and reporting on our services
-Alongside with your team, reviewing processes and systems to identify improvements and provide a seamless and efficient workday for our colleagues
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious candidate with a passion for facility services and project management, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within construction engineering, business administration or other relevant educations, and minimum 5 years of solid multidisciplinary experience with facility management and service communication from relevant industry, driving projects with complexity.
Other success criteria are:
-Ideally, solid insight in Novo Nordisk’s business
-Strong cross-functional skills
-Solid knowledge and grasp of IT-systems and Power BI solutions supporting facility services and reporting
-Excellent Danish and English skills, both written and orally, including solid presenter skills
-Extensive experience in governance and stakeholder management, as well as in-depth knowledge of the importance of good dialogue and maintaining strong relationships in task resolution
As a person, you are targeted, structured, decisive, and proactive and can run cross-functional projects proactively and with an innovative mindset, while at the same time, developing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Department
Corporate Facilities consists of approximately 300 colleagues from various fields and is anchored within Finance, Legal, and Global Solutions. We enable Novo Nordisk to focus on its core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for physical infrastructures such as campuses, properties, utilities, and workplaces. In addition, we offer facility management services and security operations. We continue to develop and maintain a large project portfolio and create tangible business results by collaborating with all areas of the company. What we do affects all of Novo Nordisk’s Danish colleagues. Our employees are given significant responsibility from day one, providing them with a steep learning curve where their ambitions set the limits. In Corporate Facilities, we proactively work to create win-win solutions with internal and external stakeholders in the areas where we operate.
You will be part of the Facility Services department, located in Bagsværd, consisting of 11 dedicated individuals responsible for Catering, Cleaning (incl. GxP), Post & Packages and Inhouse Services across all Danish sites.
