** Key Responsibilities **➛ Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce Database➛ Maintain compliance with policies and procedures➛Drive improvements in the control and management of master data.➛Conduct master data audits on existing and newly set up customers.➛Provide support on Customer transactions and➛ Analyze and report key performance indicator results for Customer Data, enhancement queue, benchmark results and identify improvement opportunities➛ Assist with writing documentation as needed for customer database, policies, standards, controls and procedures and train accordingly➛ Respond to internal customer inquiries regarding Masterdata, billing, transactions, and other topics related to account health.** Your Profile **
