The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to our students, staff, and visitors across various communication channels including face-to-face, phone, and chat.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support and advice on IT services.
  • Log, respond to, and resolve service requests and incidents.
  • Capture and triage feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk Lead, Service Support Lead, TechSmart team, and other IT personnel to ensure efficient service provision.
  • Contribute to identifying and implementing service improvements.
