Treść ofertyFor one of our clients we are looking for a Service Design Lead to join a newly established team in Poland and a newly opened IT Hub in Katowice. The Service Design Lead will be driving user and customer-centricity forward, running and facilitates various service design related projects/workshops and building organisational capability for design and managing design ops.Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ability to involve and inspire stakeholders and create commitment in projects

• Take ownership of (service) design within the company driving user and customer-centricity forward

• Build governance and related measurement & follow up mechanisms for Service Design

• Run and facilitate various service design related projects and simultaneously build organisational capability for design and manage design ops

• Act as an internal design ambassador as well as a go-to person in any design-related issues or topics

• Financially accountable for internal orders in area, budget, forecast, accounting, invoice check and approvals

• Own Figma (or similar) tool and relationship with tool suppliers

Requirements:

• Experience working at senior level in service design, product design and / or strategic design

• Mastery of user-centric design methods and user research

• Proven track record in designing and driving digital solutions in b-to-b contexts

• Competent in strategic design

• Experience in taking end-to-end design ownership

• Skilled in facilitating cross-discipline collaboration and running workshops remotely and in-person

• Excellent project management skills

• Relevant academic degree

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

• Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish and/or German regarded as a bonus
