We are also mindful of the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home for 1-2 days per week.Looking forward to possibly having you with us and together pushing the boundaries of IT in our industry.How you will make an Impact:In your role, you will skillfully manage the relationships between Arla’s support teams, application users, and external vendors. Your goal is to ensure that our systems are reliably upheld to the highest quality.Your role is crucial for ensuring that our business operates smoothly and achieves maximum efficiency. Additionally, you will focus on maintaining support procedures and ensuring ongoing good collaboration across different parties.Furthermore, you will work closely with stakeholders to determine and prioritize enhancements to our services.Specifically, you will:

  • Forge Strong Relationships: Manage key stakeholders with confidence, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all areas under your oversight,
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Continuously refine and optimize processes and workflows, boosting efficiency and performance,
  • Ensure Seamless Service Delivery: Act as the main point of contact for our support vendors, tracking progress and ensuring all prerequisites are met according to our service transition process,
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Agile Release Train counterparts, including Product Owners and Scrum Masters, to stay informed on new projects and enhance your solution knowledge,
  • Lead Vendor Management :Primary contact for support vendors, following up on their obligations as well as input to budget and forecast.

What will make you successful:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or have over two years of proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager role or a similar position,
  • You have a basic understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices,
  • You have a knack for optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness,
  • You excel in managing the demands of multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities with ease,
  • You possess exceptional communication and coordination skills, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams,
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, enabling you to navigate international environments with confidence.
