Your duties:

• Managing and coordinating the tickets coming from clients (mostly problems with devices like printers, desktops, cash registers, code scanners employees and engineers globally
• Managing aging tickets and drive to closure to ensure tickets meets SLA;
• Escalating risks and issues to the Regional Service Delivery Managers (RSDM);
• Supporting incident management reporting (KPIs and customer SLAs);
• On-boarding new employees by ensuring engineers have access to the required tools and documentation.
• Support Regional Service Delivery Managers (RSDM) as and when required.

What you need to have:

• Previous experience on the similar position, minimum a year of Change/Incident/Problem Management
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI would be a big asset.
• Great analytical skills
• Proven communication skills with multiple levels of an organization
• Ability to speak English B2/C1
• Openness to shift work
