The position
This is a temporary role that spans over two years. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties, including providing comprehensive customer service to all departments within the organization. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all employees, both internal and external, have a functional access card that enables them to enter Novo Nordisk sites and buildings. You will be required to work with various IT systems to manage access control, produce ID cards, and maintain general HR data. As a member of our ID card team, you will collaborate with two other employees to address all customer inquiries related to access control and ID cards.

Your main tasks will be:
•    Production of ID cards
•    Administration of access control system
•    Provision of customer service to the entire organization
•    Coordination of specific project tasks within the designated area

Qualifications
We’re seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: 

•    Adheres to standard procedures for resolving issues, and may escalate complex problems
•    Proficient in both written and spoken Danish and English at a professional level
•    Capable of handling assignments that involve a certain degree of complexity and scope
•    Possesses technical and IT skills, and can navigate through various systems with ease
•    Familiarity with access control systems is advantageous from a technical/practical standpoint 

About the department
As a Service Coordinator in Security Repairs and Access Control, you will be an integral part of a team that comprises 10 dedicated and diverse employees. The department’s primary responsibility is to ensure the repair and maintenance of security equipment, as well as the production of ID cards and other types of access cards. Your role will involve collaborating with your team members to ensure that all employees have functional access cards that enable them to enter Novo Nordisk sites and buildings. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to address any issues related to access control and ID cards, and coordinate with them to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The team’s collective expertise and experience will provide you with ample opportunities to learn and grow in your role as a Service Coordinator.
