JBT Marel is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team in Baud, France.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery by coordinating customer interactions, scheduling service activities, and supporting the wider service team. You will act as a central point of coordination, helping to optimise resource allocation and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate and schedule service activities, dispatching Field Service Engineers based on skills, availability, and location.
  • Support the planning and availability of tools, spare parts, and equipment required for service operations.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, Field Service Engineers, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing service documentation, processing service orders, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing by collecting required documentation and supporting billing processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You are a structured and detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating activities and supporting customers in a dynamic service environment. You are proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

You communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams and are committed to delivering a high standard of service.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support, service coordination, or administrative roles.
  • Background in a technical, industrial, or service-oriented environment is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Understanding of service operations, scheduling, and customer support processes.
  • Experience with invoicing and administrative workflows is beneficial.
  • Strong written and spoken French and English skills.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments is a plus.
