We sell, modernize and maintain elevators, escalators and automatic doors.For the escalator department, we are looking for a Service Coach to join our team in Brussels.Your tasks:

• As team leader, you will coordinate a team of repair and modernization technicians
• You communicate proactively with the customer, the technicians and your manager
• You monitor work, inspection reports and customer requests
• You distribute the work and are the main point of contact for the technicians
• You are out in the field yourself, accompanying technicians and lending a helping hand where needed
• You share your knowledge and skills by training technicians in the field
• You participate in the on-call role
• Safety is a top priority for you

Your profile:

• You have a technical background (electromechanical, electrical or mechanical) or equivalent experience. Knowledge of escalator technology is an asset.
• You are bilingual (NL/FR) and have a good level of English.
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to organize work efficiently and set priorities.It’s second nature for you to lead a team and achieve objectives with them.
• You are persistent and enjoy challenges
• You have knowledge of MS Office applications
• You have a valid driving license
