We sell, modernize and maintain elevators, escalators and automatic doors.For the escalator department, we are looking for a Service Coach to join our team in Brussels.Your tasks:
- As team leader, you will coordinate a team of repair and modernization technicians
- You communicate proactively with the customer, the technicians and your manager
- You monitor work, inspection reports and customer requests
- You distribute the work and are the main point of contact for the technicians
- You are out in the field yourself, accompanying technicians and lending a helping hand where needed
- You share your knowledge and skills by training technicians in the field
- You participate in the on-call role
- Safety is a top priority for you
Your profile:
- You have a technical background (electromechanical, electrical or mechanical) or equivalent experience. Knowledge of escalator technology is an asset.
- You are bilingual (NL/FR) and have a good level of English.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to organize work efficiently and set priorities.It’s second nature for you to lead a team and achieve objectives with them.
- You are persistent and enjoy challenges
- You have knowledge of MS Office applications
- You have a valid driving license
