IL RUOLO
Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Data & Analytics Director: se ti appassiona trasformare i dati in insight strategici e hai una solida conoscenza dei processi di marketing, comunicazione e CRM/relazione, potresti essere la persona giusta per noi!
RESPONSABILITA’
- Capacità di trasformare dati complessi in leve strategiche, identificando trend emergenti e opportunità per i nostri clienti.
- Promuovere l’uso dei dati per informare le decisioni di marketing, ottimizzare le campagne e personalizzare le esperienze dei clienti.
- Valutare e sfruttare il potenziale dell’Intelligenza Artificiale (IA) per migliorare l’efficacia del marketing (una conoscenza base di data science e machine learning è un plus).
- Supervisionare l’esecuzione di progetti di analytics, dall’ideazione alla consegna.
- Gestire team cross-funzionali, favorendo la collaborazione e la condivisione delle conoscenze.
COMPETENZE TECNICHE
Saper pensare e organizzare la delivery di progetti a partire dalle seguenti tecnologie:
- Web Analytics e Digital Analytics (GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Glimpse, SEOMoz ecc.)
- Reporting e Data Visualization (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, ecc.)
- CRM e Marketing Automation (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Pardot, ecc.)
- Audience Insights, Campaign Analytics, Attribution Modeling
- Social Media Listening / Anlaytics (Brandwatch, Talkwalker, KPI6, Sprinklr)
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di R e/o Python e dello stack Data & Analytics dei principali cloud provider.
REQUISITI
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di leadership nel campo della Data & Analytics, con una comprovata esperienza in progetti di rilevanza nazionale ed internazionale.
- Solida conoscenza dei processi di marketing, comunicazione e CRM.
- Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e presentazione.
- Capacità di costruire team cross-funzionali.
- Forti capacità analitiche e di problem-solving.
- Passione per l’innovazione e un approccio proattivo nell’adottare nuove tecnologie.
- Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.
