Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesAre you fluent in German and looking for a career advancement within the field of Administration? Do you see yourself working with SAP and in international environment?Join us as a Service Administration Specialist! You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our company by handling administrative task with precision and efficiency.Your duties will include the following:

• Manage and update customer data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
• Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services,
• Invoice of contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
• Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving for all relevant documents,
• Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.

What You Need to Succeed

• Very good knowledge of German and English (min. B2 level),
• Well-developed MS Office skills,
• Quick perception, excellent attention to detail,
• Ability to work according to clearly defined rules,
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system (would be an asset).
