Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the operation, support, and improvement of our IT infrastructure related solutions with a global scope. You will be joining an international team of Engineers from Europe, Asia, and the United States, contributing to optimize our IT infrastructure services continuously.Your tasks:

• Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Windows Servers, VMware, Dell EMC solutions, striving for standard solutions.
• Take ownership of lifecycle related activities for Datacenter infrastructure.
• Automation of Infrastructure and Operating System Operations, Provisioning, Maintenance and Patching.
• Operate, support, and improve our global enterprise infrastructure based on technologies from VMware, Windows, Linux, Cloud, and Hardware Vendors.
• Monitor the IT infrastructure components and upgrade them with the latest security and software fixes.
• Remediate Security Vulnerabilities, Identify insecure configurations.
• Review requests from business and security, create appropriate solutions based on requirements.
• Provide professional and customer focused support services in the 2nd level support tier.
• Participate in daily monitoring, troubleshooting, on-call duties and maintenance activities.
• Fulfill and automate service request delivery.
• Constantly document, update and enhance our operating procedures.
• Support projects within and outside the Datacenter area with your expertise Own Team, SAP, Security, Network, Active directory and messaging team, SOX reporting, VMWare support, Local IT team in each unit, Global Service Desk, Microsoft support, Dell support, HP Support, RedHat support.

What You Need to Succeed

• At least 3 years’ experience in implementing, managing, and supporting enterprise IT infrastructures with a focus on Microsoft Windows Server Proficient.
• Excellent English written and spoken.
• Knowledge of:

• Microsoft: Windows Server, SCCM, MDT/WDS, SQL Server,
• Proven experience in PowerShell scripting, automating and orchestrating infrastructure related tasks,
• VMware: vSphere, VDS, VSAN, vRealize (Operations, Log Insight, Automation),
• Microsoft Azure solutions,
• Azure Update Manager/ Azure Arc,
• Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Ansible.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Self-driven team player with a result-oriented and positive attitude.

The job may require availability to work on call from time to time, so we are looking for candidates who are potentially available to do so.
