SummaryAt Trengo, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving keyword research, optimizing our website, and developing high-quality SEO content that boosts traffic and supports the broader go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO professional who can balance strategic planning with content creation to generate measurable growth for Trengo. This role will report into our Revenue Marketing Team Lead and it is ideal for a data-driven SEO expert who is eager to own the full scope of organic growth and make a measurable impact on a fast-growing B2B software company.At Trengo, we believe in a world where technology empowers the relationship between companies and their customers. • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform inbound marketing efforts, aiming to increase top-of-funnel traffic and boost brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Write first drafts of organic blogs in English for Trengo’s website, ensuring content is SEO-optimized and relevant for target audiences.
• SEO Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with the content team to develop an SEO-driven content strategy that targets various industries and geographies, aligning with overall marketing goals.
• Website Optimization: Contribute to the wider GTM strategy by optimizing Trengo’s website, campaigns, and organic content to maximize performance.
• Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on SEO performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.

What we expect

• Experience: At least 3 years in a similar SEO role, with proven success in driving organic traffic, generating a qualified pipeline, and acquiring new customers through SEO growth tactics.
• Content Creation Skills: Fluent in English with strong writing skills, capable of creating relevant and high-performing SEO content independently.
• Strategic & Operational: Ability to balance strategic keyword planning with hands-on content development, taking full ownership of the SEO function.
• Budget & Strategy Management: Experience handling budget and SEO strategy independently.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Asana.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable using data to set priorities, optimize efforts, and demonstrate ROI.
• Self-Starter: Curious, driven, and able to work independently with limited oversight, fully owning SEO goals and performance metrics.
