Senior Validation Expert / Lab Equipment Manager
Spain, Onsite working
Highly competitive salary

As a member of the validation and assembly team, you will lead the validation of die-label and wafer-level components and circuits for the next generation of programmable photonic processors.

The role involves coordination of validation tasks and leading the Lab management.

Responsibilities:
•Measurements management and execution.
•Definition and development of characterization protocols, post-processing and measurements.
•Chips and wafer stock control.
•Purchases, development and administration of lab equipment and setups.
•Support to electro-optic subsystem validation.

To be considered you will need the following:
•Ph.D (or Master’s) in Telecommunication Engineering, Physics or a related discipline with an emphasis on Integrated Photonics, with direct experience in Silicon Photonics device design
•Direct experience in circuit validation flow.
•Reliable, pro-active and self-motivated. Good communication skills.
•Fluent in English.
•Experience with advanced measurements protocols and automation of lab equipment.
