The Position

We have an open position in the Back Office team, where you’ll join a highly engaged and skilled group responsible for managing complex tasks. The team is focused on solving intricate challenges that require deep technical expertise, strong knowledge of compliance, and a solid understanding of validation processes. They handle some of the most demanding tasks in the department, including managing shutdown activities to minimize production downtime through efficient pit stop maneuvers.

This role has three main areas of focus:

-optimizing existing fully automated packaging lines,
-ramping up newly implemented automated lines,
-mplementing a new automated packaging line.
Validation, projects, and testing are key aspects of the role. In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues who offer expert insights in areas such as mechanics, automation, GMP, project management, validation, and compliance. The position involves a variety of tasks, including optimization, implementation, and documentation, all tied to process validation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you have:

• Relevant education, such as an engineering degree, cand. scient, or equivalent.

• A minimum of two years of experience in validation or packaging lines within a GMP-regulated environment.

• Strong project orientation with a solid technical understanding of manufacturing equipment, including knowledge of GMP, validation, and computerized systems.

• Ability to understand system interfaces, human-machine interaction, and bridge the gap between the needs of colleagues and automated solutions.

• Full proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish would be considered an advantage.

The Department

We are responsible for the packaging of our medical devices. While we consistently work on improving and upgrading our equipment, we also serve as a launch site, overseeing the implementation and validation of new products and production equipment. Additionally, we are heavily involved in capacity expansions, contributing to the development of several new packaging lines.
