Our client, a leading international materials technology group headquartered in Belgium, is redefining how the world moves, powers, and connects by “creating materials for a better life”. They are now looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to support on a project.

Operating at the heart of the organisation, this role gives you direct access to senior leadership as you shape future-state structures, operating models, and governance across the enterprise.

Role Responsibilities

* Shape future-state operating models: Lead organisation design, spans & layers, workforce sizing, and job architecture workstreams that align with the company’s ambition to enable cleaner mobility and advanced materials innovation.
* Turn analytics into decisions: Own quantitative and qualitative analysis (including cost and scenario modelling) and convert insights into clear decision narratives that guide senior leaders on critical workforce and structural choices.
* Elevate organisational effectiveness: Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Centres of Excellence to design and facilitate workshops, co-creation sessions, and governance frameworks that improve decision-making, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

* You bring extensive experience (10+ years) in organisation design, operating model development, job architecture, transformation, or related consulting/enterprise roles.
* Experience in a complex international matrix environment.
* Analytical and tech-savvy mindset: You are comfortable interpreting qualitative and quantitative data, modelling scenarios, and using HR systems and organisational analytics/visualisation tools to generate insights that directly influence executive decisions.
* Trusted advisor to senior leaders: You excel at simplifying complex organisational concepts, designing and leading alignment and problem x2011;solving workshops, and influencing diverse stakeholders, positioning you as a go x2011;to partner for senior leadership and HRBPs.
* Fluent level of English
