Given our growth and ambitions, we are currently looking for a passionate Senior Transformation Consultant Public Sector.

You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about working for the public sector. You will be trained and coached in order to develop your skills, knowledge of process and risk management, internal control, internal audit and governance. You will drive our clients’ operations to the next level through: 

• Analysis of operational controls and processes
• Assessment of potential risks
• Providing solutions to optimize processes
• Performing internal audits on core and supporting processes within public entities
• Delivering the projects on time in accordance with high quality and professional standards
• Being a trustworthy advisor to our clients in the public sector and a high valued colleague to your team
• Participating and providing input on business development to grow our public sector services

In addition, you will be encouraged to participate and provide input in our regular business meetings and be part of the future development of our team, service and solution offerings (i.e. development of proposals, though leadership, campus recruitment etc.). 

Let’s talk about you

• You obtained a Master degree
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in operational risk and/or internal audit
• You have a passion in or knowledge of public sector processes and organizations
• You are a hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have analytical and problem solving skills and are eager to learn
• You have excellent project and time management skills, as well as social and communication skills
• You are a team player, but can also work independently
• You have fluent language skills (written and spoken) in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Certifications like CIA, CRMA, CISA or Prince 2 are a clear asset.

• With a focus on supporting our clients with their challenges in de workplace, this team is best placed to assess and improve structures and working practices.
• In a context where agility, cost efficiency, and excellence are key success factors, our objective is to support our clients in understanding the risks in opportunities in their facility management and support them in realizing new and improved working practices that are fit for purpose.
