Job Title: Senior Planner

Location: Dublin

A well-established planning and development consultancy with over 21 years of experience is seeking a Senior Planner to join their dynamic team in Dublin City Centre. This is a key leadership role within the senior management team, offering the chance to help shape the future direction of the business while working on a diverse range of projects.

About the Role: As a Senior Planner, you’ll be involved in high-profile projects across urban regeneration, residential, education, retail, healthcare, tourism, and more. You will provide strategic planning advice, manage multidisciplinary teams, and work with both public and private sector clients. This position allows you to influence the firm’s growth, working on challenging and varied projects, while mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic planning advice on a wide range of projects.
* Manage large-scale planning applications, EIARs, and development appraisals.
* Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
* Act as a mentor and sounding board for less experienced staff.
* Drive the expansion of the planning division by actively contributing to business development.

Requirements:

* Degree or Master’s in Town Planning.
* Chartered Town Planner with IPI and/or RTPI.
* Experience managing and coordinating EIARs and planning applications.
* Strong project management and organisational skills.
* A motivated, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
