The position

As our Senior Total Rewards Partner/Project Manager, you will influence, drive, and implement comprehensive total rewards programs within the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives and the overall TR philosophy. This role involves strong data and insights acumen, stakeholder management, and project leadership to execute competitive and innovative rewards strategies that foster organizational growth and employee engagement. The role will be responsible for working on multiple projects and acting as a direct partner to business units. They also serve as an enterprising project manager, driving the rewards agenda forward.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Driving, implementing and leading compensation and benefit programs that are competitive and align with the organization’s strategic goals, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

-Analyse external market data to establish competitive salary ranges and benefits packages. Evaluate internal data to inform future HR needs and develop salary budgets and forecasts.

-Drive pay transparency initiatives under the umbrella of Sustainable Rewards and develop related communication strategies within the region while closely collaborating with the global working group.

-Collaborate with the Global Total Rewards and Mobility CoE to develop and implement comprehensive rewards strategies and initiatives.

-Engage in rewards partnering activities within the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and regional requirements.

The position will be based in Warsaw, Poland.

Region of work: Focus on the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region, with collaboration across global teams to ensure consistency and compliance with local regulations.  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role we expect you to have:

-Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

-3-4 years of progressive experience in total rewards and project management at an organisation level

-Strong understanding of HR policies and guidelines related to compensation and benefits. Good understanding of rewards principles, pay transparency, and practices.

-Excellent Communications skills- ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing)

-Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with agility and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

-Experience in M&A due diligence and integration processes will be a plus as the role may have exposure to the same.

-Relevant certifications such as Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or similar credentials can be an advantage but not mandatory.

Have skills in working through ambiguous situations and the ability to thrive with limited information, using innovative thinking to develop effective solutions. Able to demonstrate resilience in navigating organizational changes and challenges, maintaining focus and composure to drive results. Have strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address and resolve complex issues independently or collaboratively. You pride yourself on being a self-starter who is proficient in leading projects with agility, prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment, and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks.
