Role: Senior Technical Writer
Location: Paris – (Hybrid position requiring a presence in the Paris area (3 days in office, 2 days remote per week)

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Technical Writer to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in communicating the power and innovation of our solutions to our global engineering community.
In this role, you will:
– Craft engaging and informative technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, FAQs, release notes, and white papers.
– Collaborate closely with world-class engineers, gathering information, understanding complex technical concepts, and translating them into clear and concise language.
– Develop and maintain high-quality documentation within a fast-paced and challenging environment, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of use.
– Leverage your expertise in technical writing and content management to create exceptional user experiences.
– Work closely with product management and marketing to ensure alignment of documentation with product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
– Contribute to the success of groundbreaking technologies that are transforming industries and shaping the future.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
– Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical writing, with a strong focus on software and hardware documentation.
– Fluency in both French and English is essential.
– Ability to develop context-sensitive web help and HTML web help
– Strong CCMS skills, with experience in Madcap Flare & Central a significant plus.
– Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
– A deep understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly and concisely to a diverse audience.
– Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
– A passion for writing and a strong desire to create exceptional user experiences.
Bonus Points:
– Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
– Programming experience in Python or JavaScript.
– Experience with DITA or other XML-based authoring tools.
