Overview
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with CS Global Leadership team in identifying skill and enablement gaps and creating enablement resources to overcome these gaps
- Driving execution of all Productivity/ Enablement programs from Technical perspective
- Aligning with People team leadership program to work with Support, Pre- Sales/ Consultants leaders to increase leadership capability
- Driving onboarding process and plan for Support, Pre- Sales/ Consultants and tracking and reporting on new hire progress
- Working with Support, Pre- Sales/ Consultants on specific 1:1 coaching related to their productivity and skill gaps
- Collaborate with Product & product marketing teams and marketing to build programs/ assets that will ensure the Field teams have a deep understanding of product features, functionalities, use cases and positioning and how to present these in customer conversations
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing, post-sales functions such as, Pre-sales, technical account management, consulting services and/or product support
- Experience establishing, curating and operating scaled delivery frameworks, playbooks and associated delivery assets to equip customer-facing teams at scale with the tools to be efficient and successful in guiding and supporting our customers
- Experience in developing, orchestrating and delivering enablement programs (plays, campaigns, education training, course, coachings etc. ) with extra emphasis on driving adoption, completion, tracking and correlations to ROI
- Deep understanding of the post-sale lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, value realization, advocacy and renewal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing, data analysis, and making data-driven decisions to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to tactfully manage customer challenges and escalations and to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Strong capability and willingness to drive cross functional collaboration
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with Camunda or other process automation or orchestration technologies
- Familiarity with professional services delivery, high-level software development, cloud computing, DevOps concepts
- Ability to hold value-based conversations with customers on how technology helps them succeed while capturing the value of Camunda’s tech and services to them
- Worked in instructional design software, like Articulate 360, and LMS
- Work in enablement platforms (like Mindtickle, Highsport etc.)

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $126,000.00 to $189,000.00
- Germany: €83,800.00 to €125,700.00
- United Kingdom: £81,700.00 to £122,500.00
- Singapore: S$156,500.00 to S$234,800.00
