As Sr. Technical Category Manager, you will lead and coach a passionate team with European focus on cold beverages developments. You will report to our Application Director and manage a team of more then 10 Technologists and Assistants to bring them to the next level. Together with the team you will bring to market new products that are addressing consumer needs in the Cold Beverage category and manage the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technologists and Lab Assistants to service our customers in time, on cost and on quality

• Promote collaborative and efficient team work to meet our needs and deliver on the pipeline

• Develop our technical team and drive them towards even more efficiency and accountability

• Together with the Technical Category Managers, decide the most efficient way to support category projects and Innovation Pipeline delivery and deployment from an Application resources perspective

• Ensure proper brief execution and define priorities with the team. Promote a continuous improvement mindset, promote collaborative spirit

• Ensure key high-quality standard for the lab and improve our processes

You bring

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in people management, leading a team with various expertises and backgrounds

• Minimum of 3 years experience in product development in the bevergae industry

• Master or bachelor degree in Scientific Orientation (chemistry, biochemistry, food science, brewing)

• Fluent in English, dynamic, organized, rigorous, data driven, growth mindset, good leadership skills, and ability to take decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment. French is a plus

• Strong project management skills, excellent communication skills on all levels – from shopfloor to top floor, strong business acumen & technical network

• Lean six sigma certification is a plus
