Your expertise in Agile frameworks will be crucial in optimizing team dynamics and achieving successful project outcomes.If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we invite you to apply and help shape the future of our Agile practices!Key responsibilities:Agile Coaching: Lead and mentor multiple Scrum teams within the finance sector, guiding them to enhance their Agile practices and achieve high performance.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to align project goals with strategic business objectives in the finance industry.Transformation Leadership: Guide teams through Agile transformations by implementing frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among multiple Agile teams to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices, ensuring alignment and coherence in the overall Agile transformation strategy.Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with Agile implementation and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies, ensuring that Agile transitions do not compromise project timelines or quality.You a perfect fit if you:

• Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor/Masters).
• Are Fluent in English (Spoken and written, C1 minimum level), and preferably Dutch.
• Are a Hands-On person. You are used to define strategies, plans and approaches and you are able to put it on paper and bring it to life with a team.
• Have at least 7 years working experience as a consultant in client facing assignments.
• Have minimum 10 years of experience in project or change management, with a proven track record of successful delivery of projects and managing complex portfolios.
• Have proven experience in Financial services industry (Retail, Leasing, Insurance, Banking , etc..).
• Have Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, OR SAFe, OR DevOps, PMS I OR PMS II) knowledge and/or certifications.
• Have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams at all levels.
• Have In-depth knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies.
• Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and mindset.
• Have strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Have a passion for continuous learning.
