Comprising markets Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Germany and Switzerland, the CEE region plays a crucial role in CRH’s global presence and growth strategy.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in the Central and Eastern Europe division at CRH. In this role, you will partner with the Talent and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Director, Talent Manager, and Country HR teams to help build agility and capability through our people, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent that can drive our continued growth.This role is a multi-faceted position primarily focussing on supporting Talent management and Learning and Development activities. The role will be working on a hybrid basis including some travel to different Central and Eastern European countries to facilitate, deliver training and support Early Talent programs.Here at CRH, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the talent and development strategy across CRH’s CEE division.
  • Partner with CEE HR teams and Country HR Directors on Talent Succession Reviews (TSR), talent assessments, and similar initiatives.
  • Champion Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) throughout talent management processes.
  • Assist with the compilation of talent data for various reporting and decision-making activities.
  • Organise and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions.

What You Bring to the Team:The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate solid previous experience working as a Talent Management Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist or similar, ideally gained within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As well as possess a solid grasp of HR principles and knowledge of best practices including the ability to support design and implementation of training programs effectively.

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or production sectors is a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and operations.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach, able to remain effective under pressure.
