This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & HR Operations.
You will be responsible for attracting, recruiting and selecting top talent while ensuring consistent and high-level candidate experience. This includes direct sourcing and building talent pipelines, enabling internal mobility, employer branding, and process improvement. A few light HR activities are also part of the role such as handling payroll input with an external provider, managing contracts, and onboarding.

Your responsibilities
-Act as a strategic TA advisor to HR and business leadership, translating workforce plans into robust hiring strategies and ensuring timely, high-quality talent delivery for multiple countries.
-Drive the hiring process, promoting best practices that ensure fairness, transparency, and an exceptional candidate experience end-to-end.
-Lead advanced sourcing efforts, leveraging deep market expertise, existing channels, and innovative sourcing strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.
-Own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior roles: develop job briefs, facilitate hiring manager intakes, source and evaluate candidates, conduct competency-based interviews, coordinate assessments and case studies, and lead offer negotiation.
-Manage and strengthen relationships with external partners to broaden market reach and enhance pipeline quality.
-Continuously optimize recruitment processes, using data, insights and increasing operational efficiency.
-Lead or contribute to strategic TA initiatives, such as employer branding, recruitment marketing and diversity hiring programs.
-Support HR operations, taking on selected HR tasks such as onboarding, contract preparation, employee documentation, and handling payroll input and coordination with an external provider
What you bring
-Extensive recruitment experience, including managing diverse corporate functions with emphasis on roles in Tech and SAP
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
-Strong expertise in active sourcing, talent mapping, and handling confidential or complex searches.
-Solid understanding of local labor law and its application in recruitment and HR processes.
-Experience with HR administration, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
-Proven experience in process optimization and driving cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects.
-Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset.
-Fluent in business English and Romanian
