You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable initiatives, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with regulations. Your insights and informal leadership will play a crucial role in driving forward our sustainability initiatives.Main responsibilities will include:Conduct assessments of sustainability impact of business operations, changes via projects/nonconformities, identify areas for improvement and implement agreed initiatives, target and business objectivesEngage, communicate to and educate internal stakeholders to foster a culture of sustainability and social responsibilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into core business functions and processes, e.g. People & Organisation, Supply Chain as well as Customer SupportStay updated on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and strategy developmentSupport the sustainability reporting process, gathering insights to communicate our progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders.Overall, you will contribute to the development and execution of Novo Nordisk Pharmatech’s sustainability strategy.QualificationsWe are looking for a colleague with in-depth understanding of sustainability-related regulations, standards and best practices.To succeed in this role, you have:A Bachelor or Master´s degree in sustainability or related fieldSeveral years’ experience in sustainability, corporate social responsibility or related fieldsStrong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from conception to implementationExcellent communication skills and high level of both Danish and English languageOn a personal level, you are a team player with ability to collaborate effectively. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience in building partnerships and driving collaborative sustainability efforts.About the departmentYou will report to the Senior Manager and be a part of the Sustainability Partnering department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech with three teams responsible for sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, environment, climate, biodiversity, health, construction and fire safety, physical safety, process safety, physical security and business resilience.We are a growing department with currently 24 employees and three managers supporting the entire value chain ensuring compliance to requirements from our mother company and regulations/legislations from authorities.
