Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Specialist
Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 11/2024 – 05/2026

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will lead various processes and initiatives while ensuring the smooth operation of ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert support and guidance to the team throughout various processes.
* Monitor ServiceNow instances and execute regular maintenance tasks, including lifecycle and license management.
* Oversee incident, problem, asset, and change management in alignment with ITIL frameworks.
* Manage release preparation, validation, and optimisation of workflows.
* Analyse data and support the creation of dashboards and reports.

Requirements:

* ServiceNow Certified (Admin Course).
* Strong knowledge of the ITIL framework.
* Proven experience with ServiceNow instance health checks and system upgrades.
* Nice to have: Advanced ServiceNow certifications and cloud knowledge.
