In this job, you can look forward to handling complex collaborative decision-making processes in a dynamic environment, working with a supportive team, innovating, andoptimising across functions and the value stream.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for end to end forecasting of all aspects of supply chain from raw materials to the final product.
  • Function as a sparring partner to production areas to drive improvements in the manufacturing process to meet increasing demand
  • Coordinate the budgeting process across production facilities and ensure that Novo Nordisk targets are translated to local manufacturing targets.
  • Setup and optimize warehousing capacities across the value stream
  • Manage inventory planning to ensure that strategic and operational inventory targets are met
  • Ensure tactical supply chain parameters are maintained effectively
  • Develop tools along with data partners and be a part of projects which help in proper governance and automation

You will be a single point of contact between the central and local teams. Your insights will support senior management in their decisions, and you will be able to develop abroad network across the organisation.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Supply chain, Finance, Business management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience from a similar position, including stakeholder management in large organisations.
  • Experience in tools like SAP or OMP and a flair for learning new systems
  • Proficiency in English.
  • It would be an advantage if you have experience in supply chain or production planning processes, preferably from the pharma industry.

We are responsible for managing API Sales & Operations Planning activities and inventory management. We also provide analytical consultancy for supply chain tasks for API and stakeholders through advanced analytics and other relevant Digital Supply Chain Enhancement tools.You will get the opportunity to join an expanding, international, high performing team of people in Kalundborg and Gentofte, Denmark.
