You will assist the CVP and his management team in driving and executing the area’s cross-organisational activities.Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the strategic planning process within the area, taking the lead on key strategic projects and business processes that require a focus on change management and project planning to ensure successful implementation.
  • Assist the CVP in interactions with and reporting to senior management forums.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of upcoming and ongoing organisational activities.
  • Proactively assist the CVP with day-to-day activities, including preparing presentations and following up on various tasks.
  • Work closely with the management team to drive excellence and independently manage internal improvement activities and projects.
  • Participate in the core CVP support team alongside the Personal Assistant (PA), Human Resources (HR) and the CVP.
  • Be motivated for a future leadership role as the area grows.

This includes initial involvement in the CVP area, with the potential for future expansion. Additionally, you will provide essential input to the CVP, initially at a limited scope, with the opportunity to increase this advisory role over time. Finally, you will gradually assume the primary responsibilities of the CVP, starting at a minimal level and increasing as you progress.QualificationsThe position is ideal for a candidate with some years of experience in roles related to executive support, project management and strategy planning. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A master’s degree e.g. in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, for instance as Executive Assistant, Project Management, Consulting or in roles which require strategic, communicative, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical Value Chain and Supply Chain.
  • The ability to effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow up in a proactive manner.
  • Fluent in English and skilled in using MS Office.
  • Several years of experience with leadership and people management would be advantageous.

Lastly, you have the ability to work independently and initiate, drive and own initiatives while also being a strong team player.About the DepartmentFPM Engineering is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients.
