This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role, interacting with stakeholders at all organisational levels and with a high degree of exposure to management at several levels.Job DevelopmentThis role provides the opportunity to contribute to key decision-making processes, supporting organizational growth with initial involvement in the CVP area and the potential for future expansion, while gradually assuming primary responsibilities over time.This role allows you to actively contribute to key decision-making processes, supporting the growth of various areas within the organization. This includes initial involvement in the CVP area, with the potential for future expansion. Additionally, you will provide essential input to the CVP, initially at a limited scope, with the opportunity to increase this advisory role over time. Finally, you will gradually assume the primary responsibilities of the CVP, starting at a minimal level and increasing as you progress.QualificationsThe position is ideal for a candidate with some years of experience in roles related to executive support, project management and strategy planning. Lastly, you have the ability to work independently and initiate, drive and own initiatives while also being a strong team player.About the DepartmentFPM Engineering is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients.
