The Cint platform is built on a programmatic marketplace, which is the world’s largest, with nearly 300 million respondents in over 150 countries who consent to sharing their opinions, motivations, and behaviors.We are feeding the world’s curiosity!Job DescriptionThe OpportunityCint is looking to strengthen its strategy team with an experienced analyst to take on critical projects.This is an opportunity to apply your skill set to contribute to shaping and implementing the strategy of the company, be exposed and work with senior leaders, and get a deep understanding of how a technology company operates.The TeamOur strategy team partners with Cinters and leaders across the company to articulate our near to long term strategy, create alignment around it and drive transformation and change. We champion data-driven decision making, thorough market and internal analysis, and bring problem solving approaches to tackle Cint’s key challenges.You will report to the Director of Strategic Planning and partner with several teams across the organization to deliver high-impact projects.What You Will DoWork closely with senior management, stakeholders, and senior members of the team to support the strategic planning process as well as our strategic projectsConduct research and analysis on various aspects of our business, such as our market, competition, customers, products, and processesBuild complex models to evaluate impact of various scenarios and support decision makingDrive creation of high impact decision making materialsContinuously gather insights on our ecosystem to build unparalleled understanding of our marketBe a trusted advisor to the team and senior stakeholders related to any market or business intelligenceQualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForPrevious experience working in a strategy/consulting focused role either at a consulting practice or part of an internal strategy team of a technology companyExcellent analytical skills and ability to work with complex data and informationStrong business acumen and able to identify trends, opportunities, evaluate risks and challengesAbility to develop and present strategic recommendations based on findingsStrong communication skills to work, be credible and become a trusted partner to senior leadershipProficient with Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)Tech-savvy and interested in the consumer insights spaceFlexible and adaptable, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and changeBonus Points If You HavePrevious experience working in global, multi-cultural environmentsHaving conducted or bought market research surveys is a plus but not requiredAdditional Information#LI-RemoteOur ValuesCollaboration is our superpower
