Job Title Senior Strategy AnalystSummary of the RoleYou will be operating in a Corporate Strategy unit, supporting the Executive Committee to define the long-term strategy of Amadeus, with strategy missions focused on main growth opportunities (including innovation) and threats for the company.The position is in our French office in Sophia Antipolis at the French Riviera.In this role, you will :Drive and perform strategic analysis on complex and highly sensitive growth and development topics, working closely with main stakeholders in Amadeus Business Units and Corporate Strategy:Support the framing of the problem statementDefine the scope and deliverables in co-operation with internal client and the Strategy Manager/ Senior Strategy ManagerAnalyze key markets for Amadeus (market structure, competitive landscape, trends, best industry practices), leveraging internal and external sources of knowledgePerform analyses on Amadeus solution offer: efficiency, profitability, consistency with strategic visionDefine and assess strategic scenarios to address main threats and opportunitiesContribute to build strategic vision of Amadeus, in key areas for future growth, digital transformation, innovation, sustainability…Identify and support strategic assessment of main M&A targets when requiredContribute to preparation of insights and recommendations for appropriate decision groups (business units, Executive Committee) and present your analysis to the business units’ teams and/or ExCom membersWatch and benchmark market trends in relevant areas (travel industry, emerging technologies, geopolitics/economy & financial trends …)Deliver proper communication and manage relationship with counterparts in Amadeus Business Units to maximize impact of the projectsContribute to team activities, supporting engagement and knowledge sharing with other team membersAbout the ideal candidateEducationMaster’s Degree from a renowned academic institution (Business and / or Engineering school, etc.), including education on Economics, Business Strategy, Corporate Strategy and / or ConsultingRelevant skills and experienceFrom 0 to 3-4 years of professional experience in strategy or similar areas (Tier 1-2 Consulting Firm or Corporate Strategy department, M&A, …) will be highly valued.You got the ability to collect and process unstructured information, build hypothesis, distil insights and build executive level storylinesYou enjoy working under limited supervision and in new fields of knowledge with high level of uncertaintyYou could articulate analysis, insights and recommendations to a range of audiencesProficient in English (both verbal and written)Skilled in PowerPoint, ExcelApplication processThe application process is easy and fast.
