EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
This role is part of the Global Revenue Operations organization and supports the design, automation, and optimization of data-driven operational processes in close collaboration with regional process experts and operations leaders.
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy professional to join our Sales Operations team as a full-time employee. This role will drive and support key Revenue Operations initiatives by translating complex operational processes into scalable, automated solutions and delivering insightful analysis and visualizations that support planning, execution, and decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of business processes and data. They are comfortable modeling data, building analytical frameworks, and generating clear insights, while working closely with regional stakeholders to ensure solutions reflect real operational needs. This individual thrives in a project-driven environment, can manage multiple priorities, and acts as a connector between strategy, data, and execution.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Support in the design, automation, and optimize scalable, data-driven Revenue Operations processes in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
-Translate complex operational requirements into analytical models, automated solutions, and dashboards, that drive transparency and alignment.
-Deliver actionable insights to support planning, execution, and decision-making across the organization.
-Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and governance across systems and reports, partnering with IT and data teams as needed.
-Provide user support and enablement, including training on SAC Planning tools and processes.
SKILLS:

-2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Financial Planning, or Business Analytics roles.
-Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
-Advanced Excel user with strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite.
-Solid understanding of IT industry dynamics, business models, and sales cycles.
-Strong technical knowledge of data, systems, and process automation; experience building dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
-Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions through effective collaboration with regional stakeholders.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
-Fluent in English (written and spoken).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-Coding or scripting experience in VBA, Python, and/or R.
-Prior experience at SAP or in the enterprise software industry.
-Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
-Experience with predictive analytics or machine learning in a business planning context.
