Aseptic Manufacturing is the largest unit of Product Supply in Novo Nordisk and is continuously expanding. As a Senior Strategic Finance Partner, you will collaborate with stakeholders across 10 sites located across the globe. You will join a highly engaged and international department of around 20 colleagues working within finance, investments, and procurement. Your role will involve providing business insights based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making for the entire SVP area.Your main responsibilities will include:Supporting the process for long term strategic forecasting for the SVP area, including preparing recommendations to support business decision making.Independently driving cross-functional business cases and ad-hoc projects from idea to recommendations based on solid financial analysis.Designing and tracking financial KPIs to evaluate manufacturing performance.Partnering with AM sites to facilitate development of relevant financial scenarios.Moreover, you will leverage finance data to generate actionable insights to drive strategic decisions, while serving as a trusted and valuable partner within the AM Finance organization and global stakeholders. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:A MSc Degree in Finance, business, or other relevant academic degree combined with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, experience in the global finance and pharmaceutical industry will be considered a strong advantage.Profound analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.The ability to think strategically and align financial analysis with overall business strategy, understanding the impact of financial decisions on the organization’s long-term goals.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including experience with complex financial modeling and cost forecasting.Professional proficiency in English.As an individual, you are recognized for your professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness. You possess the ability to work independently and exhibit a critical and analytical mindset, while maintaining a strong focus on quality. You have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, both within the team and across functions. You are unafraid of challenging the status quo and address problems in a constructive manner. You are confident, enthusiastic, and proactive. Furthermore, your exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential for conveying financial insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels across different regions and cultures.

About the department
AM Finance, Investments & Procurement (FIP) is a part of AM Business Development & Support, located in Bagsværd – an international and high-performing department, consisting of ~70 people from approximately 20 countries. AM FIP team is responsible for finance, investment finance, investment governance and procurement for the whole SVP area.
