Senior Strategic Business Partner in Drug Product Manufacturing Excellence Executive Office

Your new role
As Senior Strategic Business Partner in Drug Product Manufacturing (DPM) Excellence Executive Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic response towards Novo Nordisk Global Manufacturing & Supply. This is a dynamic position where you’ll drive strategically important projects and initiatives across DPM, working closely with senior leadership to create tangible business impact that reaches patients worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:

-Driving the strategic response across our truly global DPM organisation, spanning manufacturing sites worldwide and global excellence functions
-Leading and executing a broad range of initiatives and projects that respond to dynamic business challenges orchestrated by the Executive Office
-Owning and supporting key deliverables for the Executive Office, including agenda and decision material for Senior Management Meetings and events
-Developing strategic recommendations based on rigorous business analysis, clear thought process and compelling communication
-Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders ranging from the SVP to the shop floor
-Partnering with the Executive Assistant, Executive Office, SVP Management team members and stakeholders across the organisation
In this role, you’ll gain significant industry knowledge within the pharma sector, work directly with senior management, and be exposed to a diverse range of strategic challenges and opportunities.

The DPM Excellence Executive Office is responsible for driving the DPM strategic response process, strategic projects and executive support for the DPM Excellence management. We partner with the business to support and enable critical business decisions – thereby impacting the strategic outlook and decisions for future actions. Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of delivering results in complex, dynamic environments. You’ll bring:

-A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar
-At least 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation office, business development, or a similar function
-Exceptional PowerPoint and analytical skills, combined with a strategic mindset and holistic problem-solving approach
-Strong business acumen, excellent communication, stakeholder management, change management, project management, and informal leadership skills
-Experience with senior stakeholder interaction and the ability to transform input and opportunities into concrete actions
On a personal level you bring a proactive attitude with great collaborative energy, the ability to consider multiple perspectives, and deliver high-quality results independently. You are detail-oriented and thrive working with senior stakeholders while breaking down complex problems through systematic application of rigorous data-driven thinking. You have high quality standards and consistently deliver impressive results beyond expectations. When you identify opportunities for improvement, you speak up and constructively challenge the status quo.
