About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Verification Engineer to join our team in Cork, working on integrated circuits for modern power systems. You will architect and implement end-to-end verification solutions across the full product lifecycle, from requirements and IC design to hardware emulation and silicon support. This senior role offers the chance to make a real impact and contribute to full-system verification.

Key Responsibilities

-Design and develop unified verification architectures and testbenches
-Build full-system test plans and verification environments for HW, SW & FW
-Plan, execute, and track verification, including coverage reporting
-Maintain engineering documents and implement design improvements
-Ensure compliance with product safety requirements
-Use CI tools for test-case integration and automation
-Support test engineering, product engineering, and operations
-Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements
Experience & Qualifications

-PhD, postgraduate, or degree in Electronic Engineering or related field
-10+ years in ASIC/SoC verification with full-product verification experience
-Expertise in OVM/UVM, Verilog/SystemVerilog/Verilog AMS
-Knowledge of embedded processors, power conversion, and ISO26262 standards
-Hands-on with Cadence EDA tools; self-motivated, strong problem-solving, collaborative
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
