Purpose of the Role
:
The purpose of this role is primarily to drive profitable and sustainable business within the assigned relevant to Team Ware portfolio while enhancing the brand’s market presence through effective sales strategies & leadership, promoting and respecting the position of adidas brand. The Team Ware Specialist will be responsible for implementing both product and brand direction across all relevant to Team Ware sales channels. Key responsibilities within the scope of the role are
-Drive sport credibility and authentication for the brand by offering the best performance product for all clubs and athletes
-Lead
local Team sales business according to company guidelines on all sales channels.
-Accelerate business and increase brand visibility within all the relevant sales channels.
-Ensure a smooth end to end flow across all phases of the respective Team Ware business.
What you’ll do
:
-Support Local Team sales business according to company guidelines across SEE countries and sales channels. Be the SEE key contact person and representative for all relevant to Teamwear panels either on South or EU level.
-Identify the optimal business model and partners to penetrate new channels of Teamwear distribution.
-Be the key user for Locker Room in SEE and use the tool to accelerate net sales by capturing additional commercial opportunities and by ensuring an efficient and smooth end to end process (briefing sell-in, order integration & tracking, reporting)
-Set clear targets for current clubs and target new clubs/new business.
-Visit customers and clubs on a regular basis across all SEE countries.
-Work closely with Sports Marketing to secure a common approach towards all related to Team Sales business topics.
-Actively participate in clubs and customers team related events.
-Organize Team Sales training sessions for all relevant interna and external partners.
-Organize and steer the sell-in process (support building the assortment plan, create range presentations and offers, define local assortment recommendations, sample handling) .
-Ensure all involved functions are delivering against set expectations and contribute to our long-term Business Plans aligned with the set guidelines and ambitions.
Skills you’ll need
:
-Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management, and facilitation skills
-Strong methodological skills (e.g., Business planning, strategic development) and functional skills (e.g., Sales, Account Operations, Finance)
-Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
-University degree in business with sales & marketing focus
-Minimum 5 years of sales experience within large sales organization, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
-High degree of commercial and business acumen
-Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
-SAP Knowledge will be appreciated
