JMA’s Senior Specialist, HR International Talent will design, implement, and lead forward-thinking scalable talent management programs, and will source the best talents to shape the future of Telecommunications.

Responsibilities:

  • Build managerial capabilities of our people through development and improvement of leadership skills, behaviors, and the right leadership style.
  • Optimize business performance through the development and implementation of talent initiatives, programs, and partnerships in alignment with functional priorities.
  • Partner, coach and collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of talent program purpose and ensure programs’ success.
  • Create management training programs that align with current needs and evolve with future objectives, leveraging blended mediums.
  • Assess business needs, design, and effectively execute learning programs across a variety of business priorities and locations.
  • Create high-potential talent pipelines, establish development and mentorship plans.
  • Cooperate with the Talent Acquisition team in the US in implementing innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies that attract key talent through high engagement opportunities and create a network to fill current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate Employer Branding activities in the Region, significantly contributing to the definition of the new Employer Brand.
  • Participate in the definition, and then deploy, a solid hiring and onboarding process across the Region, aiming at the highest standards of Employee Experience.
  • Promote succession planning for critical roles and talent sharing cross-functionally within the enterprise.
  • Participate in communication initiatives that promote transparent and effective information flow across all levels to keep employees’ engagement high, break silos, increase clarity and alignment of key business initiatives, drivers, and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in people and leadership development including the creation of development content and instruction.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time in Italy and occasional international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within both larger and smaller organizations.
  • Previous experience with classroom lead instruction and in-person training
