Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Provide HR Leadership and Business Partners service and support to defined area and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR. Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that HR Standards/Procedures are fully understood and implemented within supported area.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

-Coordinate the local HR function to ensure effective value to the organization in the reference area.
-Recommend, implement, and update guidelines to ensure relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment in alignment with other relevant HR functions and other departments.
-Actively support HR Manager and Line Management in structuring and developing respective teams (i.e. Performance Management process, Talent Agenda, Succession planning) and support agreed action plans.
-Ensure new employees live a great onboarding experience.
-Ensure employees proper offboarding experience.
-Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on recruitment processes for respective area
-Support personnel planning, annual pay review and promotions/salary adjustments for defined areas (under HR Manager supervision).
-Ensure proper updates of HR reports and systems on a regular basis.
-Participate in HR projects and key initiatives in alignment with the Business Strategy.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

-University degree or equivalent (preferably main subject Personnel Management or Business Administration)
-Minimum of 2 years progressive work experience in the field of HR; preferably in an international corporate environment
-English fluent (written and oral)
-MS-Office skills
-SAP experience is a plus
