The main mission of the OPC team is to coordinate, in a close collaboration with other control functions, the entire operational risk and permanent control framework of an entity.OPC activities cover all operational risks listed in the risks taxonomy, including fraud, outsourcing, shoring, conduct, compliance, breach of regulations, environmental, social and governance factors.
