Purpose

The role will be part of the Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships (HS&P) Growth Emerging Markets (GEM) North organization.

The SoA will work with the GEM North teams (Southeastern Europe and Eurasian Union) and provide Solutions expertise and support in discussions with clients and channel partners. The SoA will be involved in discussions with divisional business teams and customers in designing commercial solution value propositions aiming at addressing customer needs while securing a multi-year partnership.

The SoA will lead commercial and technical efforts to design, pitch, and sign new solutions deals and will provide high-level support on the implementation of the agreed upon HS&P solutions, intended to improve productivity, increase customer program volume, and enhance financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

-Work with Divisional business teams and channel partners to unearth and prioritize customer needs.
-Build a tailored value proposition to address customer needs allowing BSC to gain long-term sustainable share.
-Proactively manage end-to-end internal business case approval (Business Units, Legal, QARA).
-Responsible for drafting and closing commercial agreements in partnership with local commercial teams.
-Collaborate with colleagues within the Solutions Delivery Team to define, plan, and execute the implementation of commercial solution projects.
-Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure the project proceeds according to plan.
-Deploy adjustments to the plan as needed to realign with the project’s goals & objectives, ensuring that the result meets the expectations of the Customer and Boston Scientific.
-Track and report on key metrics to upper management, aligned with overall goals & objectives.
 

Basic Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree
-Excellent project/process management/ analytical skills
-Experience in consulting
-Understanding of Digital Health applications
-Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance
-Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial mindset
-Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams
-Must be able to travel regularly
-Proficiency in English and Russian language is needed
