We have achieved a series of World’s Firsts successes with the launch of the first LTE Roaming relation or the first VoLTE International call between Europe and Asia, to name a few.With a diverse and multicultural team of about 500 employees, we continuously strive to provide customers with the highest level of quality, reliability and interoperability, enabling them to maximize their end-user value.In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, both for acquiring new business and nurturing the growth of existing customers within our focus areas.The Senior Solution GTM Manager will play a critical role in the teams’ success by driving revenue growth, increased market share and product adoption across targeted audiences in collaboration with suitable teams across the commercial, product and engineering teams.Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary product spokesperson and product evangelist for BICS Cloud Communications Portfolio (Cloud Numbers, Messaging, Operator Connect and Fraud Prevention).
  • Leverage product, industry, market, and competitive knowledge as well as technical acumen to develop localized competitive strategy, position the value proposition, and tailor messaging to both internal (e.g., sales and marketing readiness) and external audiences (e.g., press, analysts, partners, user community, customers). Provides guidance to sales (e.g., interpretation of propensity models) in customer engagements and shares knowledge to guide partners.
  • Co-create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market (GTM) program plans across sales, marketing, customer success, and partner functions, supporting BICS community, cross-functional execution as appropriate.
  • Drive and land growth plans (e.g., pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, usage, customer health).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market planning, product strategy, marketing campaigns, sales enablement and more.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Engineering or minimum of 7 years in product marketing at In Telecom or Tech companies.
  • Experience and expertise in number business/cloud communications solutions are a must – Programmable communications and A2P understanding is a plus.
  • You understand A2P Messaging, technical call-flows and architecture including APIs, Codecs, Call Setup, etc.
  • Phenomenal collaborator who can bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data.
  • Willingness to learn and demo our products.
