Senior Solution Architect – Esko ArtiosCAD & WebCenter in Stuttgart, Germany

Senior Solution Architect with Esko ArtiosCAD & WebCenter experience (ideally within corrugated packaging) to join Esko and lead customer projects from intiial discovery phase through to solution roll out & user adoption.

The Opportunity

An Esko Senior Solution Architect collaborates across different industries – folding carton, corrugated, display convertors etc, analysing, defining, and delivering Esko software solutions that enable customers to optimize their business processes. It’s an exciting, varied role, with an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, technologies & customers.

You will drive successful implementations by focusing on analysis and design workshops, process optimizations, building CAD preproduction workflows, packaging management processes and integrations using Esko software, and providing user training on deployed solutions.

Main responsibilities and key activities:

• Facilitate workshops to discover customer needs. Present and communicate outcomes

• Host customer scope & design workshops to technically define the solutions to be implemented. Report findings and follow-up with customer, sales & pre-sales

• Deploy Esko’s powerful workflows, ERP integrations and packaging management solutions from conceptualization to customer acceptance

• Provide the appropriate documentation to prepare, execute and complete deployment projects

• Harmonize with Esko Product Portfolio teams on market requirements to improve our software

• Be open to continuously follow-up on new market trends, new technologies and feel comfortable to present & implement this at new & existing customers.

Qualifications and professional knowledge:

• Expert knowledge on packaging CAD software and automation (ideally Esko ArtiosCAD, WebCenter and Automation Engine)

• Operational knowledge of the overall packaging industry, including structural design process and communication with customers and internal peers.

• Good understanding of the different market segments we address: Folding Carton, Corrugated and Large Format.

• Strong client consulting, communication (professional English/German) and relationship building skills

• Travel required up to 40% of the time
