This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can enable our engineering team to succeed and responsibly deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be one of the leading engineers in our multi-location team. Your role will involve not only hands-on development but also influencing aligning initiatives, delivering high-impact solutions and building robust solutions with high quality.LOCATIONHybrid / Remote – Anywhere within Poland – Krakow preferred.Employment Contract or B2B are both options for this role.Finalsite is a global company and to enable strong collaboration, we have established common core working hours. Candidates should be comfortable working from 11:00-20:00 CEST, with core working hours being 16:00-19:00 CESTRESPONSIBILITIESTechnical Mastery: Utilize your extensive knowledge in React.js, NodeJS, and Front-End full stack development to lead by example. Innovate and implement advanced solutions in specialized areas of our technology stack. Hands on experience in cloud computing (preferred experience in AWS). Having knowledge of DevOps, IaC, and Security concepts will be an added advantage.Project Delivery: Commit to and consistently deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Ensure timely execution while maintaining high standards of quality.Influential Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers across teams to align everyone to deliver on the business goals as per effective architecture and the right technical solution.

Strategic Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with innovative approaches. Leverage strong problem solving skills to navigate and resolve issues effectively.Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams, demonstrating exceptional collaboration skills.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSStrong technical proficiency and technology leadership skills are highly desirable (must have JS or TS experience with React.js)Proven experience with Python, MondoDB, and NodeJSDemonstrated experience as a strong individual contributor with a track record of delivering resultsAn agile work ethic and ability to adjust quickly to changesHands-on experience handling cloud computing (AWS or GCP)Hands on experience in serverless architectures and an excellent understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps tools and conceptsRESIDENCY REQUIREMENTFinalsite offers 100% fully remote employment opportunities, however, these opportunities are limited to permanent residents of Poland.
