The role
We are seeking a senior software developer (f/m/d) who is enthusiastic and passionate about technology and fascinated by its unlimited possibilities to strengthen our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our SAP Continuous Integration & Delivery service and revolutionize the way businesses operate. You will work closely with our team in Walldorf (Germany) to tailor the service to meet SAP customers’ requirements.

 
What you’ll do
You will contribute to the implementation of best-in-class services for our SAP Business Technology platform by:

-collaborating with our development team to enhance our CI/CD system, ensuring it aligns with customer and corporate requirements.
-implementing new features and functionalities using technologies like Cloud Foundry, UI5, Java and JavaScript.
-getting involved in all aspects of the entire solution lifecycle starting from idea creation to productization.
-actively participating in our agile development practices and DevOps, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in tackling various topics.
-proposing innovative ideas and fresh insights to help us continually improve and stay ahead of the curve.
 
What you bring

-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
-Strong programming background in Java and JavaScript. Knowledge in SpringBoot and UI5 is a plus.
-Strong expertise with source code management tools like Git, GitHub
-Hands-on experience with agile software engineering and CI/CD best practices
-Excellent team player, with strong communication skills, passionate about his/her work, self-motivated and driven.
-Fast learner, time management and prioritization skills
-Fluent in English (written and spoken)Work experience

-At least 3 years’ experience in software development
-Proven track record of successfully delivered projects.
