Senior Social Media Officer in Brussels, Belgium

ICF Next is one of Europe’s leading integrated communication agencies, specializing in large-scale campaigns for clients across the European Union.

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Officer who excels in content creation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and develop impactful social media strategies that raise awareness about key policies and messages for institutions such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, and more.

You will spearhead the strategic planning and production of content, from editorial conceptualization through to actual production, publication, monitoring, and performance reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with experts in strategy and creative teams to develop new offerings and respond to tenders for multichannel communication campaigns.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies .

• Creating engaging, creative, and innovative content .

• Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and assess effectiveness, as well as identifying areas for campaign improvement.

• Lead trainings and workshop with our clients

We are looking for someone with:

• 5 years of relevant experience in social media content ideation and production.

• A strategic mindset for editorial input: capable of identifying the right storytelling, format, and angle to convey institutional messages on social media.

• Experience with social media listening, monitoring, and reporting.

• Experience with advertising on social media platforms.

• Experience with the development of social media offers, including experience with developing budgets.

• Experience with the development of social media strategies.

• A keen interest in and knowledge of institutional communication.

• A collaborative spirit and excellent planning skills: able to lead colleagues in campaign implementation and manage productions involving multiple experts.

• Public speaking and workshop facilitation skills

• Fluency in English.

• Residence in Brussels or Madrid.
